I use to if I’m lucky be a b cup now I’m almost a d cup and it happened overnight. I have no bras in this size and never experienced how difficult sleep could be with boobs this size. Im meant to go swimming in a bikini today but it’s defo too small now!! Women with experience how do you get use to these??

Mine were enormous in my first pregnancy, expected them to deflate after breastfeeding but never lost them.
Now pregnant again and they're somehow even bigger! 🙈

I don't really understand the question?

There's no choice but to get used to them.

It's not like people are going to say, "Ahh yes I take them off for a few hours to ease myself in" 🤣

Right there with you. I started as just about an A cup if I was lucky. Bought bigger soft bras (thankfully only a pack of 3) a couple of weeks ago. They are now too small as well. I feel like I can't breathe if wear for more than a few hours (although being kicked in the diaphragm may not be helping). I know I'm going to have to go and buy more though, but planning on just getting another pack in the next size up and seeing what happens. Basically, I think my advice is shop sparingly until reach "final temporary" size. In terms of getting used to them, just embrace it, what else can you do, you can't exactly chop them off and squishing them into something too small is just uncomfortable and probably won't help milk supply.

I've always had big boobs but I'm pregnant again and they're bigger than my head. Bloody annoying, sweaty and painful. I really sympathise with you! Absolutely no advice other than thank your lucky stars it's getting cooler 😂😂

Same - currently living overseas where it can reach 40+ in the summer, praying for the cooler weather!!
I'm literally the meme standing infront of a fan holding my boobs up 🙈

Liquid talc helped me - honestly it's awful, I'm so sorry - my first born was born in a heatwave (UK heatwave so high 20s/30s, so laughable compared to you lol) and I ended up with a boob based sweat rash 🙈😂

I went from a E to a H cup in my pregnancy! Lost the baby weight.... bar the boobs! Bloody hate them! DH on the other hand loves them! Currently saving for a reduction!
