I'll start my maternity leave soon, and I'll be getting paid Maternity Allowance, not SMP due to my duration at my current job.
I don't plan to come back to this job, but I plan on creating a limited company and setting up my own business while on maternity leave.
Do I loose the maternity Allowance from the government if I do this?
