1/2 chances of downs?!

IVF pregnancy and made it to 14 weeks
I've had a call out of the blue to say my screening come back 1/2 chances of downs.

I’m 41, my NT was 2.7 I wasn’t given any other feedback on bloods etc.. but from previous comments checked the nose bone on my pictures and seems ok.

I’m so worried as it’s my first pregnancy. They booked me in first thing Monday for additional tests… but I’m going crazy here!

I had a high risk score at my screening appointment - also ivf pregnancy, was your embryo screened? X

Arc are excellent. Have they said what next steps are? I had a 1/5 risk for my first pregnancy and a CVS confirmed the baby had downs.
