Early pregnancy symptoms

Hi everyone, first time posting. I am 7 weeks 5 days and I don’t have any symptoms other than sore boobs mainly at night. I did have 1 or 2 days of feel nauseous last week but it’s gone and I feel fine.

Has anyone else experienced no symptoms and everything has been ok?

I have suffered 2 previous losses and my anxiety is high! 😖

I also am having problems sleeping and do not feel overly tired or fatigued

I personally only had headaches, vivid dreams & fatigue for the first 1-2 months then literally nothing after that (except fatigue which never went away), count yourself lucky!

Ps I had fatigue because my iron was low, some people feel energetic so don't count that as a given

I've had pregnancies with little to no nausea and everything was fine. One pregnancy I didn't know I was pregnant until 17 weeks. Baby was healthy.
