Have just polished off a bowl of corn chips with philadelphia and sweet chili dipping sauce - DELICIOUS (That was on top of the chocolate money)

Cheese.
White stilton with apricots, Wensleydale with cranberries (could be the other way round), brie (not keen on the stuff but can't bear the thought of chucking it), cheddar...
Bought it for NYE when we had folks in but everyone was too p*ed to eat it
