Toddler stood on pregnant belly - worried!

Hey,

I am 15 weeks and 3 days pregnant. My daughter (who is in 25th percentile for weight) stood directly on my lower oregnany with her hole weight while trying to climb over me. It hurt and I did have some aching afterwards, but now feel fine.

I am obviously anxious (I have left a message to my EPU and midwife) but wondered if anyone had any reassurence in the meantime.

Many thanks

Baby is super cushioned in there, so try not to worry.

However, while waiting for a call back, keep an eye out for any pain/bleeding etc and if you feel anything, get yourself checked out.

It's hard but try to keep your little one away from your tummy as much as possible

I am sure baby will be fine but of course it's always best to keep an eye and get checked if you're worried. When pregnant with my second my 3 year old boy would run into me and push on my tummy and I was so worried but my midwife assured me that the baby was well protected

I think unless you have any pain or bleeding it's fine. My 2 and a half year old is constantly jumping on my bump and he's kicked me a few times too!!
Hopefully baby gets her own back when she's old enough ahaha !
