Period like pains at 16 weeks

Hi everyone, In 16 weeks pregnnnt and have been having dull aches in my back and lower tummy all day.Have been using a hot water bottle which seems to help a little, but am still concerned that something may be wrong. Anyone else get these?

Yes I am 18 weeks pregnant and had terrible pains and some spotting yesterday, went to ante natal but all was ok. If your worried ring ur mw for her to listen to the hb with a doppler. Im sure its all fine, just everything stretching. I have also been having back ache for the last couple of nights.
