Just wondering can early pregnancy symptoms come and go, I'm close to almost 6 weeks pregnant, have been quite tired moat days since finding put I was pregnant, today i noticed I'm no where near as tired, is this normal

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It certainly can be, but can also go the other way.
I’ve had three pregnancies. In all three I had symptoms come and go. Two ended well, one didn’t.
I hope it all works out ok for you.

Mine came and went/I had days I felt better than others. i remember not liking this as it caused me worry.
The sickness lasted 6 months though

I'm 9 weeks today, I've found that I feel normal some days, and the following lots of nausea and totally exhausted.

You might find you feel crappy again tomorrow! It's such a rollercoaster.

this is me I'm 9 weeks one day literally had a scan today everything perfect but apart from sore boobs and and tiredness and the odd food aversion I have been fine!!

I'm 9 weeks and mine have been coming and going.
I've had 2 early scans at 6+2 and 8+2 and I swear the symptoms always disappear in the days before a scan sending my anxiety through the roof!
They always come back with a vengeance though, my sickness, nausea and tiredness is now worse than ever
