I thought I'd miscarried but I am still pregnant

Please give me your thoughts, advice and opinions on my situation, as I'm so confused.

I found out I'm pregnant very early with only faint lines, around 2-3 gestation I had a big bleed and past some tissue. Around this time my hcg level was 212. I was told to take a test 7 days later however, I took a test 12 days later! All strong positives "dye stealers" and 3+ on clear blue. I contacted the relevant people and I had my hcg drawn and it was 300 and I was told " your are still pregnant"

I have an internal scan in 2 days and I was told there is a "slight chance of ectopic pregnancy" however, a chance of a normal pregnancy in my uterus.

I have never experienced this before and I'm actually so confused. Like what's the chances of me seeing my wee blob in my uterus? To me that would be asking to much of body and it would be a miracle. I'm obviously very nervous for this scan because I absolutely do not want to have an ectopic.

Help a sis out x

I'd say very likely still pregnant with that hcg rise!

HCG doubles approximately every 2 days which means yours are pretty darn good!
I am having HCG monitoring due to miscarriage and in 10 days they went from 8500 to 150.
I would be cautiously optimistic for the scan. Maybe you aren't as far along as you thought which is why the initial tests were faint?

I really don't know. I don't know if 212 to 3000 is good enough in 12 days. I really don't know what's going on and I'm so nervous haha. Driving me nuts! Taking 2 weeks off from my last menstrual period (I know my conception date) I am 6 weeks. X

Bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. From your hcg levels sounds like your pregnancy is continuing. Best of luck for your scan.
