13 weeks today! Bump or Bloat?

Hi all. First pregnancy I'm 13 weeks today and over the moon. Just wondered if this belly of mine was bump or bloat? 👶🏻💨🩵

I'm thinking both, I'm the same at 12 weeks.

I would say a bit of both. I’m 10 weeks with my second and definitely bigger than I was first time round but I think it’s a lot of bloat because I’m on progesterone pessaries and they are known for the bloat!

I was quite slim like you and had a definite bump at 13 weeks. People I didn't now asked when I was due so was in mst clothes very early. I think my bump was bigger but I'd filles out generally and wasn't as noticeable with dcs 2 and 3.

I knew it was real bump when it was there in the morning when waking. Otherwise it was bloat! Think it was about 16w.

@UpSheGoes Good to know yes bump is there in the morning, that was taken after waking 🙂

I was really bloated in my first pregnancy but I could always tell because it would be much smaller in the morning then grow as the day went on. I didn't have much of a bump at all until really late on.
This time round I swear I've got a bump at 8 weeks and it's there morning to night.

I think every woman and every pregnancy is different.

@Airtentmamma23 thank you yes I was actually much slimmer pre pregnancy, I've gained a lot of weight quickly considering I'm 13 weeks. No morning sickness and intense hunger 🫣 guess I'm lucky though. But I do think I've gone from mainly bloat to bump. Just interesting to hear what others think 🙂 my bloated bump at 4/5/6/7/8/9/10 weeks was far bigger and different than this! Hence why I feel this is now baby 👶🏻
