Did you have an anterior placenta the last two times?

You can feel movement earlier with a posterior placenta. 16+3 is early, but not impossibly early.

I'm pregnant with my third and started to feel her from 17 weeks (anterior placenta), but it wasn't a lot, maybe once or twice a day and sometimes not at all. I'm now 22 weeks and I feel her much stronger now, I can see my belly move and I've started to feel her kicks from the outside.

26 weeks Pregnant with my 3rd, started to feel flutters around 18 weeks but only if laying down quietly and only 1-2 a day. By 20 weeks proper movements but still only a few very short times a day. multiple times a day from 24 weeks.
