Faint line on cheap tests? after a bad tummy bug on the mini pill.

I have two girls, one 3yo and a 13mo, we are DONE with kids, two and done, two and happy.
I recently had a very bad spell of a tummy bug which resulted in 2 episodes of being sick and over a week of diarrhea (literally up to 6 poops a day, liquid sorry for TMI.)
I take the mini pill, spot on every day.
I thought I was over the worst and of course had sex a couple times, then to realise I was still having bad number 2's. (This was probably around 2 weeks ago)
Today I felt a bit weird, I was worried if the pill would of been completely ineffective because of the tummy bug so I got two cheap tests.
Now I'm completely tearing my hair out, these were in the time of a few minutes. First one then the second one was abiut 2 hours after.
I'm unsure if they're negative or faint positive or a chemical. I'm honestly hoping I am NOT pregnant, my mental health is at a low, and my second pregnancy/birth was a premie ans destroyed me mentally. We do not want any more, but if this turns out to be a definite positive we will of course keep it, boyfriend is on the list to be snipped but it's a 2 year wait! And we can't afford private.

That's a clear positive to me. Sorry that's not what you wanted to hear

When are you due your period?
I'm sorry but these are looking positive to me. Best wishes to you. ✨️

I'm not entirely sure, I have half my mini pill pack left to take, then I have a withdrawal bleed as I don't like to take the pill back to back packs.
I'm probably going to test again in the morning, that will give me my answer I'm sure. I feel terribly scared and anxious. But what will be will be.

I wouldn’t even call the top one a faint positive, I’d say that’s pretty clear.

Sorry OP. Take a breath, retest in a few days to be sure and then look into all your options.

They look like definite positives sorry OP

I have edited the photo on a pregnancy test checker app, to define the lines slightly, as I was so unsure what I was looking at, I'm still hoping it's a chemical, as bad as it sounds me saying that and I feel so guilty thinking it, but I'm not mentally ready for this.

Sorry to say as I know it's not good news, but those are definitely positives.

How long is your withdrawal bleed? You shouldn’t take a random break from the mini pill because the point of it is to take them back to back and might make it less effective. It’s not like the combined pill. Could this have possibly affected it?

I've just checked my pill pack name is Levest which is combination not mini pill that's my mistake! My heads been here there and everywhere at the moment.
