Do the packs vary? The mum to be pack my friend picked up from boots contained lots of useful things like detergent pregnancy vitamins, the one I picked up from boots contained a condom and some leaflets! Not sure if I've been given a joke pack...

I had the same! Felt like a joke with the condom!! Really disappointing :(

Seems bizarre? Surely the packs are standardised? Especially if both collected from same retailer?

I think it largely depends on which companies are prepared to send the Emma’s diary people free samples/vouchers etc. It’s pot luck, although it does sound like you were unluckier than most!

Do you have Tesco near you? I found them really good with my pregnancies. The actual packs were still hit and miss, but Tesco quite often gave a wipes, a full pack of nappies etc as well.

I found them to be utter rubbish too, didn't end up picking them all up as it just felt such a waste.

I got both packs from Boots, mum to be one was just a tiny pack of Pregnacare and a condom! thought it was hilarious. the baby one was good though, mine had a full packet of Pampers.
