Tubes Tied Late Period Pregnancy Symptoms

2 years ago I had my tubes tied, the cut and tie together method, my period have been normal and had no issues, I’m currently a week late with all previous pregnancy symptoms I had with my other children, I can feel movement and have been showing symptoms for awhile and my last 2 periods have been more lighter and spotty. I obviously taken a test and negative with no signs of period coming. Been doctors they want todo test and blood tests themselves but earliest they can do is in 29days time. What should I do? I feel pregnant I know it’s not common but it does happen I have lost weight since the original procedure. But I’m also scared if it’s an etopic pregnancy as it can be dangerous aswell. Any advice? I Also Know Have A Clear Bump Showing (I’m an early shower always have been first month belly)

How old are you? Possible pre menopause symptoms?

I dont think you would be showing at week op.
I bloat before im due on and i really look pregnant with it i also feel like there is something moving as well but its just down to coming on.
I have had my tubes done but i still use protection.
My mother however had her tubes done and she fell pregnant.
Your most likely a bit late it happens im never on time.
