Hi all
ive been and got myself checked, all is ok.
but I’m wondering if there’s underlying reason behind reduced movements - I’ve been really down, low mood because of personal issues with dh/inlaws. Been told to double my iron intake from 1x 200mg to 2x200mg

Could either be related?

since they checked the heartbeat baby’s been kicking loads all day! Maybe just needed bothering a bit! 😅

Thanks. The only reason I asked is that I'm 20 weeks and have really felt movement the last week but it can be sporadic but I guess by 25 weeks there's much more of a pattern. I'm glad you went to get checked and all is okay. I think stress can be a factor. Never feel like you're being OTT though with getting checked. You know your body and your baby. Glad the baby is kicking lots since and hopefully will continue to now :)

At 25 weeks I still didn't have a pattern. It was more defined until 30 weeks but I have anterior placenta.

When I'm sick baby barely moves,he moves but the movements are much slower than usual. My OB said it's because if I feel sick baby feels tired.

Keep going back if needs be

You go, everything is ok
Next day - Slow movement again - Go back again and keep going back if your baby jsnt moving much

This is your baby, never feel like your wasting anyones time

AND its simply not true that baby movements slow down as you get further along the pregnancy! NOPE! Go EVERYTIME movements are different

Dont waste time, laying on ur side / drinking something cold etc

It's not really "reduced movements" at 25 weeks. Where I work we do not ask people to even monitor movement yet as it really is too early for baby to have a pattern until about 28-32 weeks.
