Morning sickness tips

Hi!
I'm 6 weeks today and the nausea the last week has hit me like a ton of bricks. Constant nausea but no vomiting, almost wish I would be sick just to feel a bit of relief. Anyone have any tips on how to deal with the nausea? I've tried ginger, snacking on bland food and the travel sickness bands with no luck. Any advice appreciated ☺️

I mean I haven't experienced pregnancy nausea yet, but I always find ginger ale or peppermint tea, or mints can help me from time to time ❤️

Tonic water? (quinine is supposed to be good for tummy upset)
those lotus biscuits that you get in cafes free with a coffee - you can buy the multipacks in supermarkets - I kept them
in my bedside drawer
I found I had to eat something while still lying in bed - before I even sat up
but ultimately I’m afraid until I was about 16 weeks or so it never really let up - sorry, hope you find some relief 💐

I had to eat every hour on the hour pretty much, if not more. Ritz crackers were a firm favourite but crisps, crackers, breadsticks were good. The key for me was just eating whatever I wanted!

Granny Smith apples.

Hi OP, I’m going through something similar - I’ve thrown up a few times but it’s the constant nausea that’s the hardest. I’ve definitely found it’s way worse when I’m hungry so little frequent meals have been key. Also drinking ginger beer and sucking on polo mints to distract me from the horrible taste in my mouth. Having said all this I actually rang the doctors today and they’ve prescribed me cyclizine - I explained that I’ve not been functioning normally (struggling to leave the house/focus on any task) and was worried about returning to work. Hoping it helps - will report back!

I feel your pain ! I have been prescribed anti sickness now but it makes me so drowsy. I didn’t have this with other pregnancies so I just don’t know how to deal with it. Although my last pregnancy was 13 years ago and I am nearing 40 so wondering if that’s why I am struggling so much x
