I just need a bit of support/ reassurance. Been TTC for almost 5 years. Married, 36 years old. 2 rounds of failed IVF. Started the adoption process then personal life happened (immediate family cancer) so postponed. Was convinced we were successful with pregnancy this month. We weren’t. Just seen a pregnancy announcement from a childhood friend, same age as me. Would just like reassurance that this pain won’t be forever
