Hi everyone,
Im a little confused and needing some advice.
My periods are usually fairly irregular since I've stopped talking HBC (which has been about a year) my cycles can range from 30 -42, once cycle has even been 46 days long. I use the Flo app and I'm guessing the ovulation is never accurate. I had unprotected sex a couple of times and haven't really thought anything of it. Anyway, flash forward to now, I'm about 10 days late according to the Flo app which said my average cycle should be about 35 days long, I'm now on cd 45 and no sign of my period. I took a clear blue this morning and it had the faintest of lines, but definitely a line.I've just completely convinced myself it's a false positive, the line was more prominent when I first took the test and as it has dried it seems to have faded, is that normal ? I'm going to take another test later on but I have a feeling it's going to be negative because I've had no symptoms besides bloating and a really strong sense of smell.
I'm more concerned because I'm 10 days late and surely the test would be darker than that at this point ?
Thanks in advance x

Looks positive but if your cycles aren't regular you might not be 10 days late so just keep testing over the next few days and see what happens with the lines 🤞

If you have never taken an LH test or done BBT then ovulation will not be accurate in Flo, it's just guessing. (Especially if you have longer/irregular cycles). It may be that you ovulate very late in your cycle, in which case it wouldn't matter that the line is not very dark yet! 😊 fingers crossed for you!

Hi, I have taken another clear blue, but this time with just normal mid day urine instead of fmu, again there's definitely a line there, but it's even more faint than the first. I think I definitely ovulated late, and I'm in the early stages. Do you think it'll be too early for a digital test ? x

An early detection digital should pick it up but id use it after a long hold or fmu x
