Hello I hope you are okay everyone ? I am on letrozole, last month I was on a monitored cycle where I had a 16mm folicle on day 8 so I triggered on day 10. This month I’m doing an unmonitored cycle, and I am confused if my ovulation has happened ? I have not got a very high peak at all, but if I go by last cycle I ovulated very early cycle day 12 (with trigger) below is my tests any support and comments are very welcomed:

My advice would be, start testing most regularly while you're trying to establish your cycle. I used to test in the morning (second morning wee with limited fluid intake before) around 8.00am, then again when I got home from work around 3pm again with urine hold for at least 2-3 hours, and then again around mid evening (8pm ish) with a 2-3 hour urine hold and limited fluid intake. Diluted urine can affect these tests.

Eventually I established that I'd peak almost every month on cycle day 13, but many peak later. Anything earlier than day 11-12 would be considered quite early.

It's important to test more frequently because some women peak very quickly, for example, they peak mid day and by evening it's gone back down again. I understand it means using more tests, but it only until you can figure out your cycle, once I did I didn't start testing until cycle day 10 each month.

Also if you haven't already, download an app called Premom. It's free. But has chats on there which are really helpful and informative.
Also make sure your letting your test develop properly so the background is completely white and once it is, upload to the app then. Tests past a 10 minute window can give false readings.

Also you should pee into a clean cup and dip the stick in that way - much better than peeing directing onto the stick.

Happy to help if I can - currently 6 months pregnant after using ovulation sticks for conception.

It doesn’t look like you’ve ovulated yet - however some of your tests are taken over 24 hours apart.

When tracking, try to do your first test of the day with second morning urine (never the first). Because you don’t know your cycle yet, do another test later that day to see if there’s any change. Don’t wait until late in the evening to do your first test of the day.

Doesn't look like it.

I always found testing twice a day was best as you could mis your "peak" doing only once. I tested in the morning and again late afternoon/evening.
