Hi All,

I am currently 18+4 with my first baby and have the smallest of bumps. However I’ve noticed in the evening that my small bump looks bigger and then seems to go down the next morning. Has anyone else noticed this? I have my 20 week scan in a few weeks but I’m just curious if anyone has experienced the same?

Just gets bigger with food and bloating during day. My massive bump does the same.

Yep currently 16 weeks and by the evening look about 6 months pregnant, then in the morning flat again! Its just from food, bloat etc....

The bloat is real!
I used to be massive come the end of the day then my bump was tiny the following morning.
I think that hapoened between about 18 and 26 weeks then the bump took over, although my bump was pretty compact all the way through

Yes this was definitely a thing. I wondered if maybe baby got all nestled down in pelvis at night, then during the day was busy doing baby stretching exercises and exploring given their gymnastic antics during scans!

My bump changed shape and size all the time right up until she was born. I was pregnant over winter and it would get smaller in the cold like she was burying in closer 😂 just depends on your bloat and where baby is sitting.
