Has anyone tried the Rheal balance tonic while pregnant

I've suffered depression all my life and struggled with my hormones. I tried the Rheal Balance tonic drink and found it really helpful in keeping me more stable. To add to the drama, After years of trying and failed IVF's, I'd given up hope then found out I'm pregnant! It's very early days but apparently I can't have my balance tonic drink because it has Ashwanga in it which can alter hormone balance. Since stopping the drink over a week ago I feel my mood has changed and currently it's like I've got pre natal depression. Can anyone advise if they still had the balance tonic or can anyone suggest alternative. I do take venlafaxine for depression 225mg daily. Thankyou in advance. I just want to feel like myself again.

I think that you need to talk to your midwife, and be referred to the maternity MH team

If you have not yet seen a midwife, then contact your GP practice for a referral

Thankyou for your message, Whiskey. I called the doctors who said I have to self refer myself to a midwife via Badgernet so I've done this and waiting for reply. I don't know how else to contact them
