Has anyone else been in a position where they've applied for maternity allowance and been told they haven't paid enough NI? I've been told I'll only qualify for £27 per week and have to wait 10 days for another letter telling me how much to pay to increase it.
I don't understand it though as I've already done my tax return for 23/24 amd paid off everything due by Jan 25. My tax return covers the test period required so I'm baffled.
