Dry hair and scalp?

Hi i'm 27 weeks pregnant and this week my hair and scalp have become really dry, i've not changed shampoo or conditioner, and wash my hair very other day.
I've never had dry hair or scalp before in my life and i'm just about to turn 22.
Any one got any suggestions?

Just to say exactly the same thing has happened to me too! I'm 36 weeks gone and my head is itching like crazy (no fleas or anything), no idea why ...isn't pregnancy bizarre?

no suggestions on what to do, but my skin has been really, really dry throughout pregnancy. my hair is usually lank and oily and now it's more like normal so also much much drier. I guess it's a sympton of pregnancy. I am now 31 weeks and it doesn't seem to be changing. Maybe you need to change your shampoo.

Someone somewhere suggested that your skin becoming either dry or oily can indicate if it's a boy or girl. Anyone know which?
