Hi, so I’m currently 8 days late on my period. 3 days before I was due I was spotting a little bit. I’m now currently still getting cramps having milky type discharge and weird dull pain in my shoulder. But all my tests are coming up negative! I’m so confused and not sure on what to do.

right shoulder pain can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy and appendicitis. Ring 111 if you’re concerned

Yes it’s on my right shoulder and I don’t have an appendix, do you think I should call 111?
