Constant lightening crotch

Anyone else experiencing lightning crotch ALLLL the time? For the past few days I can hardly walk with it and actually wincing with the pain, usually when I sit or lay down I get a break from it but not today, I’m currently just laying on the sofa and it’s still happening😭😭 usually it’s bearable but not now😭 it’s also accompanied by lots of lower abdominal and back pain😭

The pain u feel like someone is kicking u in the vagina? If yes I have this and if I spread my legs to wide or make sudden movements I wince in pain 33 weeks here and om just a bruised lady lol x

Look up SPD in pregnancy. Its a condition when the cartilage softens and your pelvis moves to much. I had it. Very painful.
