Morning everyone

I tested positive last week I am not sure on my dates but I'm either 5+3 or 9+3. I'm having massive issues sleeping, my boobs are horrendously sore everytime I move it wakes me up and in the mornings when I get up they feel so full and achy (huge) too. Is there anything I can do to ease this? Or is anyone else having trouble sleeping 😴 x

For most people it does ease off after the first trimester (until third trimester where you have a different range of sleep problems due to bump!).

some people find wearing a soft supportive bra at night useful, or using a pregnancy pillow.

I wore a soft bra at night during first trimester. Luckily it eased once I got to 12 weeks.

My boobs still hurt after lying down too long - I’m 16 weeks. Very annoying! Definitely got less painful after 12/13 weeks though, or maybe I just got used to it.

Thank you all. I'm hoping it will settle down soon even for a few nights so I can sleep 😴
