Just that really all I've eaten today is cheese
On toast I've tried making other meals and I physically can't eat them I feel sick and now I'm worried as already having growth scans for a small baby!

Anyone else lost there appetite
Around this time

I was like this on and off during my third trimester with my daughter! Some days I would have no appetite at all and a slice of toast would be all I wanted that day, a few days later I’d have eaten half the contents of the house before 10am😂 x

I’m 30 weeks and my appetite is not what it was. I’ve been ravenous the whole time up until last week. Kind of glad if I’m honest! It was exhausting trying not to snack constantly!

Perhaps it’s to do with the weather?

I had server sickness at the bringing up till 16 weeks and over last weeks or so the nausea feeling keeps coming back and I’m so scared my sickness will come back it’s putting me off my food massively

Try eating small regular “meals” - even a handful of nuts for example. Baby will be putting a lot of pressure on all your organs now which can suppress appetite
