I'm pregnant with our 4th child and I'm so bloody scared this time.
Anyone else got 4 ? Words of advice. So scared it's not going to be ok.
Such cold feet

I had four. The fourth pregnancy was very tiring - oldest was only just turned 6 - but the baby was fine (and huge) and the delivery very straightforward.

I can't delete this for some reason:

I have 4. My 4th pregnancy I felt the best in, I had pregnancy euphoria which was amazing. She's 3 now and super. I was 37 when I gave birth and it was pretty easy, I tend to just let my body take over and do its thing, and apparently have a decent womb eviction process lol.

Sorry you are scared! Is there a particular reason you want to talk about?

Just to say congrats! I would love 4 babies (probably going to stop at 2) you are so lucky and I’m envious xx

How are you getting on? I’m thinking about a 4th so im keen to know am I mad???

i had 3 natural births and each one was ‘easier’, most likely as your body knows what to expect. I didn’t even have any swelling with my 3rd and bounced back within days. O my used gas and air. Obviously each pregnancy is different but Hypnobirthing and staying relaxed to increase the oxytocin levels worked a treat (I’m not a hippie, the science behind it all makes complete sense!) and my husband was warned to keep giving me positive affirmations so I felt great and in control throughout labour. Cross fingers for you.
