achey pain- only 4 weeks

Only got my BFP today and only tested cos feel funny in lower tummy. My hips and lower tummy ache. Is this normal? second dc but cant remenber this first time. it doesnt feel like period pain- just a dull ache

THTC - you should also post on the ante-natal threads there or start a 'Due in Dec 08'. I was on the Due Nov 08 thread and found lots of common compaints - pains, ms, nausea etcetc - go over and check it out, but I'd recommend you start a Dec thread! I got a lot of groin pain into front of thighs - all your ligaments are slacking due to your pregnancy hormones - you become quite bendy!! Good Luck.xx

yeh THTC sounds completely familiar to me - am now 16 weeks and still get these dull ache pains in lower tummy and groin area - had them quite intensely in the early weeks MW confirmed all very normal - enjoy and congratulations!

Congrats THTC. Am 13 weeks and with this and previous pg that strange feeling is the first sign for me. A really distinctive feeling different from period pain. I took it as a good sign that growing was going on down there. Good luck.

Is it normal for the pain to feel like its in my hip bone? its not severe, just aches. What is it???!!!

I've got hip pains and think it's just down to ligaments softening due to pregnancy.
