I wouldn't be concerned, at such an early stage it is difficult to be sure.

TheShellBeach · 04/08/2024 16:21

I'd be concerned but not panic stricken.
Not yet, anyway.

Was there a lot of blood, was it bright red, and has it continued?

Slightly different situation but I had my son via ivf. I had a bright red bleed after seeing the same sort of scan as you, tailed off quickly. I think it was from the internal wand of the scan tbh, and because my cervix was so irritated from pessaries from the ivf meds. If it gets worse definitely get checked out but happened to me and now he's one, I was convinced it was something bad happening at the time.

How sure are you of when you conceived? If I was sure I knew when I ovulated and the bleeding was red I would be more concerned. Did they book you for a follow up scan?

Chloe2711 · 04/08/2024 18:45

Hi you just told me to have a follow up in two weeks, I wasn’t 100% sure on the conception date but I know it’s within that week
