baby’s heart rate is 145 what sex do people think?

Mine was 149 and I'm having a boy.

When I was in labour (many moons ago) the baby’s heart rate was 144. A young midwife who was going off duty said to me “that’s a boy; I’ll come back tomorrow and see if I’m right”. She was.

Mine was that at 7 weeks 3 days is that okay?

heart rate will differ if they are active or asleep not on the gender

It's a old wives tale really but mine averages out around 145 and it's a boy.
