36 weeks- is there a connection between my stress levels and baby's constant hiccups?

He seems to hiccup everytime I'm upset or stressed out. He also hiccups constantly after I drink milk.

I'm 36 weeks.

My first child had the hiccups all the time...no idea why but she had them every day for a while after being born too. I'm 40wk with number two and the baby has had hiccups (that i've noticed) about three times. Don't think it means much to be honest....
