How to tell friend struggling with fertility

My friend is really struggling to get pregnant. I have just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant after trying for 6 months! I didn't tell her I was trying as I know she's going through fertility issues and is a really sensitive soul! How do I tell her?

Definitely text and consider timing. If there any events where she could notice you not drinking, tell her we'll in advance.

You're clearly a good friend for considering this ❤️ as others have said, definitely let her know via text so she can react in private. She may find it difficult to be as excited for you as you might expect, and might find talking about it painful. No need to hide it or pretend it isn't happening but being mindful of how difficult she might find it would probably be really appreciated x
