20 weeks baby's movement

Hi I've been feeling baby move now for about a week, proper movements little kicks and rolling movements ( this is my second pregnancy)
But last night and this morning I've hardly felt baby move not like usual, he's been very active in the evenings this past week and last night nothing.
Do you think this is a call for concern to get in touch with the hospital or do you think it's too early to have a proper 'pattern' as of yet?

If ever in doubt I’d always get checked out!
honestly, they will be glad you checked than didn’t

Call triage. We were in constantly worrying and they always said they’d rather check.

Thank you @Twinkletwinklelil @YellowHatt
I will give triage a call!

Get checked if it's worrying you, but I am only now getting regular movement at 32 weeks. At 20 weeks it was very off and on. I don't think they can use the proper foetal tracking til you're 26 weeks anyway.

@Sunshineandbubbles I am 21 weeks tomorrow and movement is very irregular. Like you, I feel more movements in the evenings but then again some evenings I feel more movement than others. From what I’ve read it appears to be very common for movements to be a lot one day to then be non existent the next but please don’t take my word for it. Keep us updated with what triage say, I’m so tempted to get a doppler as my worries are through the roof!

At that time the movement is very irregular. At 19-20 weeks I would feel a couple of times only 3 days a week or so, not every day. They told me to check pattern from 28 weeks because by then it would be regular movements.

I have several specialist because I have many issues and they all agreed with the 28 week pattern but from 26 Weeks I should feel every day movement but maybe no pattern yet.

By all means call the midwife to get advice and give you peace of mind.

Thank you everyone, I've felt a few little kicks since. I've been at work so haven't rung triage, I'm going to keep an eye on things but I feel more reassured by all your answers And the little kicks I've felt since 😊 thank you all.

Honestly from my experience they won’t see you at 20 weeks. Some people haven’t even felt movements at this stage. It’s so worrying but they are so tiny
