Weak bladder

I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my first, I have a really weak bladder, most times I sneeze i wee a little. Is this normal so early on?

This is me! From week 6 I'd been sneezing from rhinitis, coughing because of reflux and vomiting. My pelvic floor gave up around 9-10 weeks! I've been trying to do kegal / pelvic floor exercises daily and it's slowly getting better (am nearly 16 weeks now). Although I'm now sneezing and vomiting less so that's probably helping too.
