I'm 15 weeks pg (but look more than that . For the last couple of hours I've had a mild lower abdominal ache like slight period pain. I'm not bleeding and I've no discharge or anything. Should I just stop worrying and go to bed and see how I feel in the morning? I have been stressed out with work things, a house full of builders and a demanding toddler.

You're probably just on the grow, don't worry, you need rest, have a nice milky drink and chill out, you'll feel better and no doubt bigger after a good rest

Thanks ladies. I think I'll go for the milky drink.
