Sorry to hear about the previous losses.

congratulations on your little baby and current pregnancy.
Can you pinpoint exactly what your anxiety is - is it the actual flights, the heat, being away from your usual midwifery care etc? It might be that due to previous losses you are at a heightened state of anxiety anyway (completely understandable) so being away might be a relaxing break with some sun, rather than staying at home?

Just worried about having another miscarriage I know the fact my third pregnancy result in a healthy baby girl last year should ease me but terrified of being on plane and having one or having one out there and then afraid of eating out there just all anxiety just want to make sure it's safe to travel @Nomorecoconutboosts

Is it better to postpone if you are feeling so anxious?
I sadly know how it feels when you’ve already experienced miscarriage.
Even if the risk is officially low, flying etc, maybe it’s just a bit too adventurous for you at this stage?
Or would it be possible to seek reassurance from your community midwife?

Honestly, I’d not go. Your precious baby is more important than a holiday.

Everyone one is saying live your life what will be will be just worried flying could harm or encourage it

Flying would not harm it however the reality is you would be away from home and a flight away from your usual medical care if there was an issue. What does your dp think?

It’s your decision, with support from your dp. Well meaning friends saying what will be will be and similar phrases probably aren’t helping to reassure you. (For example I would go, but I am not you and we all have different anxieties so I wouldn’t tell a friend they should go!)

Doctor says we can't predict the future if it was her she would go as if something does go wrong it's still in first twelve weeks and should have no complications and to think positive and enjoy being pregnant

Nothing you do or don’t do causes a miscarriage. I hate that people say that. If you’re worried about going, cancel, if you know you won’t enjoy it. But don’t tell yourself it’s because the trip could cause a miscarriage p, that’s totally untrue and only feeds our society’s stigma about miscarriage
