Hi, could anyone recommend a good pregnancy pillow please? I’m 15 weeks pregnant and using a V pillow but still struggling to get comfortable at night!

I'm finding a wedge pillow that stopped me rolling flat onto my back more helpful than v pillow - I just found the v pillow annoying and it wasn't stopping me from sleeping on my back. However, I wouldn't recommend my wedge as it's a half-moon one and has corners at the top of the curve, if that makes sense, so if you don't get it just right the corner bit pokes you in the breast. Try a wedge pillow but if I was buying now I'd get one where the wedges are rounded - if you google them you'll see what I mean - they look like two kidneys attached together and you lie between the kidneys - the one in front supports bump and if you try and roll onto back the other one stops you but supports you in that position.

In my first pregnancy I tried one of these really long pillows to sleep on my side but it wasn’t for me as I like sleeping facing down. I just bought one that you can lie on your stomach, I didn’t know they existed but I’m loving it! It’s called Julia’s Den Pregnancy Pillow and the best thing is that I got my husband giving me back massages every night ;)

Thank you for this! I've been looking for pillows that don't cost a bomb. These look great.

Hi, thanks for the recommendations! I ended up getting one from Amazon which is useful when sat on the sofa but not so much for sleeping! It’s too big & bulky! I’ve just been using a body pillow from Dunelm which is helping but sleep is pretty nonexistent now at 35 weeks pregnant! It’s extremely hard to get comfortable but the countdown is on and I can’t wait to meet my baby!

I got one like this off Amazon, and personally I LOVE it, helps me get comfy so quickly and sleep is so much better! But ofc everyone's different but I found good benefits with this, especially for back and pelvic pain!
