Hi,

I'm nearly 31 weeks pregnant and have been getting the urge to nest for a couple weeks now. I've got babies nursery sorted and just a few last minute touches to do.

However I have a serious urge to deep clean my full home however my body just isnt cooperating, I have bad back and hip pain and just seem to have no energy what so ever 😫

I really want to deep clean the house etc before my back and hip pain get any worse - any advice? Did anyone else feel the same

If you can afford it, pay someone to do a one off deep clean. You get the same results but you don’t have to suffer for it yourself while you’re not in the most capable physical condition!

That's a good idea! I will have to ring around and get some quotes 😊

It's horrible isn't it. Like I have such a strong urge to deep clean etc and I have a massive list of what I want to do but my body is just stopping me 😫 mainly my back pain just see all these other women so motivated when nesting and getting so much done and wish I could do that x

100% what @Muffin101 said - get a cleaner! I’d absolutely have done it if I’d had the foresight! I’d get the essentials done that are to do with baby (car seats etc) and then use that time for yourself to enjoy, do all the indulgent things you will have less time for with a newborn!

Do not over do it if your body isn't up to it. I over did it at 34 weeks, pulled sciatic nerve out of place and couldn't walk for 2 days, not even to the toilet! Pay a cleaner to do one off deep clean, and ask a friend/family to come over and help you do some sorting out.
