Rash

Hello!
Can anyone recommend anything for my rash?! Am 26 weeks and have terrible itchy rash over belly and chest. Thanks xx

I had this, the dr gave me valergran but I dont know if everyone can have it, it certainly worked for me.

I presume you have moisturised?

I'm afraid I'm not an expert, but I thought you may need a bump.

try getting the air to it.. and calamine lotion can help

or a cold flannel laid over your itchy bits

have you asked your MW about it? not sure if you can take anti histamines
