at my 10+4 scan when the sonographer prodded my belly the baby would kick back, im now 15+1 and for the past week like on and off, only maybe every couple of days i would get a sudden twitch movement just below left of my belly button, it last literally a second or 2 and i keep wondering if its the baby kicking but is it too early to feel this?

It first happened when i was at work and it did startle me!!

I think it's usual to feel the kicking from 17-22 weeks with a first, but earlier with subsequent babies as you know what to look for, so it's not impossible, but it's probably something muscular rather than the baby. Also at this point the uterus is really low down still and so if it's just below the belly button it probably isn't. I'm 18 weeks and they said the top of the uterus is just below the belly button at this point.
