Slow labour?

I'm going stir crazy! I'm 39+5 today with my second baby.
Had a bloody show yesterday morning (3:30am) and started having contractions pretty soon after. For about 2 hours they were 30 secs long every 10 ish mins, but they then just stopped? They then kept starting and stopping all day, never sticking around for more than an hour at a time before they'd stop again. Got on the yoga ball yesterday and was doing hip circles and figure 8s and lost my plug again that afternoon so it'd obviously regrown? Went to sleep last night and woke up every hour either cramping or with another contraction, and around 6am had another bloody show???? Nowhere near as much as yesterday mornings (took me 5-6 wipes to clear away) but haven't had consistent contractions at all today, they're completely random if at all! Done the miles circuit as best I can with pgp wondering if she's not in a great position, but she's been head down facing my back the whole pregnancy.
The past few weeks I've had constant period like cramping, and that's back today more so than contractions.
Any advice would be so appreciated as to how to get this kickstarted as all the signs are there but I'm stuck in this seriously uncomfortable limbo 😩

There's some evidence that nipple stimulation can help bring along labour. Otherwise keep doing what you are doing being active and mobile.
Putting my work desk into the loft triggered labour with my daughter so maybe add it a spot of manual handling too! 😜
In the meantime rest and eat to keep your energy level up in case of a longer labour

I was exactly the same OP and was in slow labour for a week like that, no advice as I was induced in the end but it is so exhausting! X
