What are my chances of getting myself sufficiently rehydrated by this afternoon to stay out of hospital?

Went to the doctor yesterday evening with my combined complaint of constipation and all day morning sickness. He wasn't too bothered about the constipation (gave me something to sort it) but was very concerned about my level of dehydration. I had hyperemesis on last pregnancy and was hospitalised for a week then but I really convinced myself I was doing better this time round. I have to go and see him again today to see if it has improved. I am sitting here trying to drink water but too much will make me throw up again so I am not sure it is going to work.
My main worry is my 23 month old dd. I am a SAHM and we spend so much time together and are still co-sleeping that I just can't bear to leave her. She will be so upset.

doesn't have to be water - any fluid you can face will help.

Good luck.

Try ice lollies, melon, oranges even clear soups and Jelly at least you might be able to stomach more than drinking just water
