I’ve had two previous miscarriages one in January and one in may.
I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago, I am currently 5+2 I had two days of light spotting just over a week ago and after this I had my hcg checked and it had doubled within 48 hours, I then had a scan on Friday that showed a gestational sack implanted in the right place.
Saturday (day after the scan) I started to get light ‘period pains’ and over today they have progressively gotten more noticeable. When I went to the toilet tonight I realised I had blood stained discharge.
Should I be preparing myself for the worst? I have another scan booked on the 2nd of August with the EPU should I wait until then to see somebody or ring the EPU? What’s the likely hood of me being able to have a child of my own if this is my third miscarriage? I really don’t know what to think and I just feel so confused and hurt. I’m trying to convince myself that this is just normal pregnancy spotting although I know with the pain alongside it and two previous miscarriages it’s not going to be positive :(
