Likely Covid. Have you tested?

Would I be okay as long as I can keep fluids down I can drink water and it’s okay just eating is the main issue..?

The worry is dehydration. Food not so much if it is a few days as baby will just steal from your back up stores. But fluids are needed for amniotic fluid. And you will feel worse with dehydration. Worse sickness.
You can try electrolyte drinks.
Try to nibble on foods that are bland and plain. Crackers / dry toast / boiled or mashed potatoes etc. See how you are aftter a few days. If your still severly sick I would call Midwife.

My DS had a Gastro virus recently he is 2.5yrs old and couldn't keep water or food down for days. We had to syringe water in 5ml increments only. No Dr was concerned despite his age as he wasn't showing many signs of dehydration. This went on for 2.5weeks. By the 3rd week he was keeping water down (added electrolyte) and 4th week started to have small amounts of food. He lost 1kg!
The Drs keep saying it is a prolonged virus that is going around this summer.
