Bleeding 11 weeks 3 days

Did anyone ever have any bleeding at 11 weeks 3 day and everything turned out ok? I am due my 12 week scan on Monday and freaking out now. No cramping just some bleeding. I had an early scan at 8 weeks.

Bright red? Enough to fill a pad?

I wouldn’t say bright red, but definitely red. It was just some spot marks on my pants and then when I wiped after a pee there was red on the tissue.

had a little bit of brown discharge earlier in the day.

not enough to fill a pad, just put one on now to monitor

I did have some spotting with my first, I remember it was a few days before my 12 week scan. All turned out ok

I bled heavily from 12-16 weeks due to a subchorionic haematoma. My DS is now 9.
