Pregnant but no implantation spotting or bleeding

Did anyone else get pregnant without any sign of implantation bleeding or spotting? my first pregnancy was etopic and I had no spotting or bleeding and having just got a positive test again I have had no implantation spotting or bleeding so worried it's another etopic? anyone been successfully pregnant without this? thanks

Hi OP, I didn't have implantation spotting/bleeding. I've seen some sources doubting it's actually even a thing. Spotting in early pregnancy is common but it isn't something that's necessarily "supposed" to happen, just something that sometimes does happen for various reasons. I've got 4 living babies and never had implantation bleed or spotting.

I didn’t have implantation bleeding with either of my DC. Don’t worry (easier said than done, I know, but this is one worry you can put to bed).

I had spotting with my ectopic, but not with my DD! Don't worry about it at all, it's not a bad thing x

I didn't have any spotting or implantation bleeding with my first.

I’ve had seven children, never had any bleeding of any kind with any of them. I also had a ruptured ectopic, that’s the only one that bled (Didn’t know I was pregnant and bleeding started exact day my period was due, I thought it was that) but it also nearly killed me. Good luck. Maybe talk to your EPU to get a reassurance vaginal scan to check this pregnancy is in the right place?

I did have it but I thought it was more usual not to, from talking to friends etc
With my 3rd pregnancy it was just a little bit of pink when I wiped after going to the loo so I could have easily missed it

I had it with my chemical pregnancy though. It is not a good indicator for if the oregnancy will last or not.

I never had implantation bleeding, I did have spotting later on. I don't think implantation bleeding is very common. Don't worry about it! Having it or not doesn't have any bearing on the progress of the pregnancy

Only had it once out of five pregnancies.

I did have a small amount of blood (variously pink, brown and actual red) around day 8/9 dpo but only when actively checking for it. Nothing like a period and not really spotting. As indicated by posters above, the majority don't get it. It's one of the misguided tww desperation things because it's something tangible to look out for.

Never had any implantation bleeding in both pregnancys perfectly normal

Implantation bleeding is a sensationalised phenomenon by social media. Most women don't experience it.

Never had any spotting in 4 pregnancies (3 healthy, 1 MC)

4 pregnancies (1 mc and 3 dc) and I never had any implantation bleeding or spotting with any of them.

Hi OP @Livingonhope as people have mentioned everyone is different but so is every pregnancy. I’ve had 3 pregnancies, currently 16w4d (longest pregnancy).

Pregnancy 1 - definitely had implantation bleed but it was tiny and would’ve easily been missed. It was the accompanying cramps that made me check toilet roll! Had 1 day of spotting but it was pink and tiny amount plus 2 days of cramps.

Pregnancy 2 - no implantation bleed / spotting but did have strong implantation cramps.

This pregnancy - nothing to report! Maybe the slightest,lightest cramps around AF due date but nothing like the other 2!

Yes lots of people don't have implantation bleeding, I'm on to my second pregnancy and there's been none this time either

My last pregnancy was ectopic, now I'm pregnant again (34 weeks) and not had a single bit of bleeding.

I've had one pregnancy with implantation bleeding but it was so small I only noticed when I wiped. My 2nd pregnancy no implantation bleeding at all, just cramps that felt like period pains. Every pregnancy is different.
