the Emmas Diary free packs?

Just wondering as the general feeling is that they are full of leaflets, and a small box of cereal, but I've heard of people getting much more in recent years?

the bounty packs are mostly leaflets.
I cant remember what was in the one I got at 12 wk scan

Then you collect one yourself with a voucher out of the first pack.
Its better to collect it at asda instead of boots coz you get a £5 asda voucher. It also had:
a tiny pot of sudocreme
one nappy
one sachet of ovaltine
two non-bio washing machine tablets
dvd to watch on how to breastfeed.

Think that was it.

Lots of advertising

I have one here, unopened...

The square box I'm given at booking-in appointments is all literature.

My first Bounty hospital bag was stolen by the know-it-all 2nd baby woman I shared the room with. If she was that desperate for freebies I would have gladly given it to her.

Midwife gave me a new baby one after my homebirth and it was similar to those mentioned already - mini-Sudocrem, disposable nappy, those vile peach smelling nappy bags, washing powder, a Johnsons sample bottle of skin cream and a small packet of wipes.

I did get a weaning one which was a fair sized box containing sachets of 'growing up' milk (or whatever it's called), several jars and packets of food and a plastic weaning spoon. And loads of leaflets. I gave it away as it wasn't organic.
