Has anyone had withdrawal bleeds but still been pregnant?

Asking for a friend.
my friend was taking norethisterone period stopper tablets from 15th June to 24th June.
she then started bleeding on the 26th June for 4 days assuming this would have been her period.
it is now 15th June and she is bloated, gassy, sore boobs. So bloated she looks pregnant!
she has read about withdrawal bleeding after taking the period stopper tablets and how withdrawal bleeding isn’t actually your period so she’s wondering if this is the case for her and she could be pregnant. She has a feeling!

has this happened for anyone else?

Tell your friend I've been pregnant twice and had a period at the normal time.

One of the times was ectopic.

She needs to do a test.
