Safe"guarding Assessment form email to Midwife"

Hi everyone,

I was just scrolling through my nhs app looking for something completely unrelated and noticed a note on there

It says "Safeguarding Assessment form email to Midwife"

I'm just wondering it this has been specifically sent for me or if it's standard?

The only thing I can think it could be is that I've suffered with anxiety in past.

Everyone has a safeguarding assessment as part of their booking in process when seeing the midwife for the first time. It’s pretty standard and covers things like any past or current DV, SS involvement or other issues.
